      -The organization is open to providing opportunities in different areas throughout the company. -Great benefits -Addresses employee feedback

      Cons

      -Not a big corporation so naturally there may be added responsibility beyond your role. However, I would like to say that some people prefer this to gain exposure. Having said that, the company is working towards making roles more focused.
