      Pros

      I am returning to a workplace after Maternity leave that has given me the space, flexibility and support to have a baby and return to work in a way that feels as safe and comfortable as it can after such a monumental life shift. I held UpGuard’s culture in high regard before becoming a mum, but now it’s really been tested against my values. The fact I can’t wait to be amongst the team again is really telling.

      There are always things to improve on - but no show stoppers here.

      - Fully remote - GSD attitude - Empowers their employees to make the right decisions - No micromanaging. Trusted to do your work - High expectations, but still a very supportive environment

      Cons

      It's past a start up. Moving into a scale up. Still process improvements to be made, but that's to be expected.

People are approachable, open to ideas and you can make a real impact. - Smart, committed people who get things done - Interesting work to really sink your teeth into and grow - Fast pace with ongoing potential
