      The product is going in an exciting direction and users genuinely love using it.

      Cons

      There's been a lot of change in the last few years but as much as we yearn for the good old days, the reality is that everyone has changed - not just Slack.

      One of the best organisations I’ve worked for as well as being part of the Salesforce ecosystem now.

      None so far besides it being a large organisation which might not be for everyone.

      Slack is an incredible product. We have lost some key managers along the way but the team is tight and look after one another.

      Having to work with core AEs as specialists. They have a very high opinion of themselves
