      Pros

      SUSE is a great and exciting place to work at. The Team I'm part of has been nothing but warm, welcoming, fun and extremely friendly. There is constant openness to new ideas, questions and everyone is readily available to help. The flexible work environment is a plus and the company promotes a healthy work/life balance with its focus on employee well being. Could not recommend SUSE enough.

      A breath of fresh air. Great culture and a clear vision.

      Pros

      As a new employee I was impressed by the helpful people and warm welcomes at every turn. Even though the company has been established for over 30 years it has a fresh, almost startup-like feel about it. The onboarding process was great and helped me to come up to speed quickly as a remote employee, with all the information easily accessible and engaging. The company has a clear direction, and everyone has visibility of the numbers and metrics we need to succeed. It is clear that everyone is working towards a shared vision.

      Cons

      Having joined as a remote employee during the COVID-19 period there are certainly challenges in not being able to travel and meet even local colleagues face-to-face. However the technology and systems make remote working a seamless experience and it is easy to engage with colleagues from around the world and the region.
