Great job

Business Outlook

Pros

Stable work and income, great pay that went up every year, lots of opportunities for overtime, mostly great colleagues, lots of room for growth within the organisation although not this role in particular

Cons

Strict chain of command, lots of policies and procedures, colleagues who were very negative and complain about the organisation but never leave, lots of office politics, some toxic culture especially from men and older men in particular (as a young woman)
