      Great place to learn and develop. I gained valuable skills that will set me up going forward, worked with supportive managers who genuinely care about your success, and met some awesome people along the way. Really positive experience overall.

      Pros

      The culture at Podium is the real deal. It's not written on a wall somewhere, it just shows up in how people work. Everyone pitches in regardless of title, and you genuinely feel that. The team is sharp, collaborative, and fun to be around. There's a lot of trust placed in you to get on with your work, and that makes a big difference.

      Cons

      You need to be comfortable working to a soundtrack. The music is always on and it's never quiet. For the right person that's a pro, but worth knowing going in.
