The staff here is very supportive and friendly, and the delivery team on site is also full of fun. Time is relatively flexible; no one checks the arrive and leave times strictly. No weekend shifts during most of the time.
Cons
Most projects can be repetitive and boring. Overtime can be necessary from time to time depending on the project's progress. That's probably the nature of this industry.
