      Pros

      Great opportunities for growth and learning. The team is highly skilled and pushes you to excel. Leadership is approachable and willing to help when needed. Hands on experience with lots of different open source tech. The team are friendly. Friday is sandwiches galore!

      Cons

      The learning curve is steep, which can be a little overwhelming at times for junior developers.

      Overall, working at Fontis was a positive experience. The environment was supportive and management made an effort to ensure employee comfort. Additionally, the interview and hiring process was efficient. I received an offer shortly after interviewing.

      For someone looking to grow their career significantly over the next few years, the lack of obvious progression opportunities early on may be a concern.

      Great leadership team who go above and beyond for their team

      Pros

      I get to work on interesting sales related projects. I enjoy my time working here and I what gets me excited is the fact that the work I am doing greatly impacts the team and organisation. The team are really tight. Everyone works well together. The tech stack related to comms is second to none - really awesome seeing everyone always engaging with each other.

      Cons

      As there's critical projects that require deep focus and attention which the leadership understandably must prioritise on which means that I need to be more creative and think on my feet. Not a bad thing as this is how I prefer to work.
