Nepotistic culture and no real part time job - Customer Service Agent Qantas Employee Review

Pros

Staff travel perks and thats it

Cons

Their idea of “part time” is you going to work 5 or even 6 days a week in a row for 4-5h shifts. Swapping shifts is hard. Management is careless. Counters are breaking apart, understaffed, bad training, stressful environment. The worst part would probably be the nepotism. You won’t advance in your career unless you have family up there, or friends.
