The company's focus is not to help injured workers, but on money and billables. As a Consultant there is a lot of pressure from management to bill, bill, bill as opposed to getting positive outcomes. Everyone is unhappy but too scared to leave because of the ridiculous restraints and 8 week notice period! You sign your life away when you sign a Konekt contract so beware. It is a very toxic and negative environment with a lot of pressure and low pay.
