- A welcoming team and supportive managers/leaders who demonstrate genuine care. - Well-equipped office with a fully stocked kitchen and excellent facilities in middle of martin place. -Happy to spend money and invest in your ideas to push your desk forward - Regularly organizing events and celebrations, thanks to an active social committee. - Competitive commission structure, particularly at higher levels, with performance-based incentives and additional bonuses. - Numerous employee benefits, including overseas trips to some incredible locations for top performers (with a pretty achievable bar to entry). and days off for birthdays and work anniversaries. - A dedicated HR team that offers comprehensive wellness programs and support.

Cons

-some finance and admin functions off shore which can cause some minor day to day challenges -system could do with a refresh (but I think this on horizon)
