      Pros

      Culturally diverse staff. Convenient office location. Lots of natural light.

      Cons

      Celebration of mediocrity. No recognition for good work or accountability for below-average work. Management will say what you want to hear with no intention of delivering. Training or career progression not supported. Hot desking and a clear desk policy for all staff promote a sense of displacement.

      No job security just made lots people redundant in Sydney

      Pros

      Management is just for show, they don't care about the staff. Confusing management from head office compare with local office. Upper management only look after themselves.

      Cons

      Very poor HR team. No answer to any question why for the redundancy. Just say nothing suitable. How would HR know nothing is suitable. If they don't ask or allow time for the effected staff to apply for the internal jobs available.

      - Global, diverse company - Great people

      Cons

      - poor leadership - particularly in HR and no accountability - not much career progression - standards are not high enough! plenty of low performers who stay for years and contribute to a negative/disengaging culture
