A leading provider of identity issuance software in St Leonards, NSW 2065 is looking for a Level 1/Level 2 I.T support person for a permanent opportunity commencing immediately. This role would be perfect for a recent graduate or junior looking to get into I.T / I.T support, Database administration. Previous experience is not required, training will be provided.

Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be the first point of contact for technical requests and incidents. There are not too many support requests, so when there is no support cases / support required, you will be assisting the software development team with Cloud Software Deployment, Setup of SSO/SAML brokers, SQL Database work, patching and software upgrades, software testing, light duty development work also available if interested.

The office is located at St Leonards, NSW 2065, ~700m walk from the train station.
