We have an excellent opportunity to join our Vision Care Rx Operations Team as a Process Technician. This role supports the timely processing and coordination of customer orders and is a hands-on, all-rounder position within a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:

Receive, unpack, and dispatch daily orders

Sort incoming work into defined production streams
-
Identify frame styles and trace lens dimensions
-
Match lenses with spectacle frames and manage storage allocation
-
Package completed spectacles and prepare shipments
-
Consolidate orders and prepare consignment documentation
-
Follow established systems and processes to meet customer and company requirements
-
Work collaboratively with the Lab Manager and team to meet production targets and resolve issues
-
Maintain compliance with quality management systems and company standards
-
Provide general support across operations as required
Key skills required include:

Strong accuracy and efficiency in pick & pack or process-based work

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
