As one of the City’s HR Projects Specialist, you will lead and deliver HR projects and initiatives related to the key deliverables of the City’s Workforce Plan and related strategies. Projects will have a particular focus on systems improvements to enable self-service in relation to HR processes. You will also provide support on the development and delivery of the City’s Workforce Plan, including engaging with People Leaders to ensure key trends are monitored and undertaking periodic reviews to ensure the Plan remains current and aligned to industry best practice. Your work will include liaising with key stakeholders across the City to identify training and professional development requirements and develop associated programs to support the professional growth of the City’s workforce.
