About the Role
As a 13HELP Crisis Supporter, you will deliver high-quality crisis support via phone, working within the Lifeline Australia Practice Framework. You will help individuals experiencing distress, provide emotional support, encourage safety planning, promote suicide prevention, and ensure accurate data recording within Lifeline systems.
You’ll collaborate with the Lifeline network nationally, participate in team meetings, engage in supervision, and contribute to continuous service improvement. This role is suited to someone who is calm under pressure, empathetic, and committed to helping others.
