Your role
Lead the delivery of critical services that support victims of crime across NSW. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful outcomes through service delivery excellence, program improvement, and strong stakeholder partnerships in a sensitive and high-impact environment.
What you’ll do
As part of Victims Services, you will:
Lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering victim support services
Manage service delivery, resources, and operational performance
Drive improvements to systems, processes, and service quality
Provide expert advice on service delivery and program outcomes
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to enhance services
Represent Victims Services in complex and sensitive matters
You’ll work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, balancing competing priorities while maintaining high service standards.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a strong people leader who can deliver results in a complex and sensitive environment. You will bring:
Experience leading teams in service delivery or program environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
Ability to manage competing priorities and changing demand
Sound judgement and confidence working autonomously
Experience improving processes, systems, or service outcomes
Clear and effective communication, including with diverse audiences
