Probe CX CSO interview questions

Applied through indeed, followed by a email to confirm to attend a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 5 minutes, interview was very friendly the whole phone experience was like a friendly conversation. Only interview questions, i got asked was what was my previous work experince and why i applied for this position. On the same phone interview i got told that they were happy to progress with my interview and i would be hearing from them through email. Few days later i received a letter of offer and documents to fill out. 2 weeks later i started training.
