The whole interview process was honestly a pain. I have never seen such disorganisation from any company until now.
My interview was firstly rescheduled a few times due to sickness from their staff (I get it, it happens) and something else behind their scenes. Ok, no problem. I accepted it and gave them grace.
Then in my actual interview, I was told I’d be meeting with one person from Perth. It actually ended up being two people which really caught me off guard and made me extremely nervous. I got a ‘mean girl’ feel from them both. I was also told by HR that a personal experience of mine is seen as a good thing, whereas the two people interviewing me shot my experience down by referring to it as a ‘conflict of interest’. This conflicting information shows a level of disorganisation within the company. HR really should not have bothered to give me an interview. It was very embarrassing and I felt sad after the interview.
I have not heard back from them since having my interview a month ago and I don’t expect to at this point. They can do whatever they want with this feedback I have given.
The lack of consideration for the candidates time and effort is really disconcerting. I would avoid interviewing here again in the future.
